Properties:
lDOWELLTAN AL03 can be used alone or in combination with other mineral tanning agents. The leathers tanned with DOWELLTAN AL03 are white and can assure a bright colour shade.
lThe suede leather tanned with DOWELLTAN AL03 has excellent buffed property and beautiful, fine suede surface.
lDOWELLTAN AL03 allows fixation of all anionic products normally used in retanning process. The colour shade is brighter and the buffing performance is improved.
lDOWELLTAN AL03, in combination with non-metallic tanning agent for chrome-free tanning, can improve the leather shrinkage temperature and improve the leather feel.
Application:
lUsed for chrome tanning process, usually with 1.0-2.0% AL03 rotation 30 minutes, add 4.0-6.0% of chromium powder(based on the weight of limed pelt).
lUsed for chrome retanning process, usually with 2.0-3.0%AL03 rotation 30 minutes, add 4.0-5.0% of chromium powder(based on shaved wet blue weight).

Storage:
1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Avoid long-time exposure in the sunlight or freezing environment. Bags should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Non-dangerous chemical.
