Properties:
lDOWELLIM LAC can moderately control the over swelling of limed pelt,which helps to get soft and uniformly swelled pelt.
lDOWELLIM LAC can reduce the fat wrinkles effectively,make the pelt and the grain smooth,improve the yield of leather.
lDOWELLIM LAC can promote the penetration of liming materials,dissolve out the impurity in the pelt which can protect the grain and reduce the use of sulfide.
lDOWELLIM LAC can increase the solubility of lime and remove the grease so that it can reduce the use of lime and shorten the liming time.
lDOWELLIM LAC promotes to loose the collagen fiber which makes the leather soft and fullness.
Application:
lDOWELLIM LAC is mainly used in liming,reliming of all kinds of rawhides,and also can be used in soaking which promotes the penetration of water and shorten the soaking time.
lRecommended amounts (based on the weight of wet-salted hides):
Soaking：0.5%-1.0%（use cooperatively with surfactant and alkali）
Liming of sheepskin and pigskin：DOWELLIM LAC 10-20g/L
Liming：0.5%-1.5%
Reliming：0.5%-1.0%
Packing:
120L plastic drum
Storage:
1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Drums should be tightly resealed each time, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. The ambient temperature changes may slightly influence the appearance of this product. It is suggested to stir this product well before using. Non-dangerous chemical.
