Properties:
lDOWELLAN FG-E is a high-efficient nonionic degreasant with wide adaptation, it has good emulsifiability and degreasering effect, fit for the rawhide with much fat.
lDOWELLAN FG-E can strongly disperse the calcium and chromium which can avoid the create of “oil clot” during liming, bating and pickling.
Application:
lDOWELLAN FG-E can use for the degreaser of beamhouse and wet blue with much fat.
lRecommended amounts(based on pelt weight):
1.0%-2.0% for rawhide degrease.
0.5%-1.5% for liming and bating.
2.0%-3.0% for sheep skin degreasing after bating.
2.0%-3.0 for pickling sheep skin degreasing.
0.5%-1.0% for wet blue degrease.
Packing:
120L plastic drum
Storage:
1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Drums should be tightly resealed each time, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. The ambient temperature changes may slightly influences the appearance of this product. It is suggested to stir this product well before using. Non-dangerous chemical.
